With over 12 years of experience in the insurance field and having opened my agency in Eau Claire in 2024, I’m dedicated to helping you navigate your insurance needs with a touch of fun, a lot of heart, and deep local knowledge.

Originally from River Falls, WI, I made Eau Claire my home in 2015. Raised right here in this fantastic region, I’ve built strong connections throughout our communities and cherish every opportunity to give back. You might spot me enjoying the beloved summer concerts in Phoenix Park—because protecting what you hold dear is about more than just policies; it’s about preserving the special moments that make our town so wonderful.

Beyond insurance, I’m passionate about mentoring youth through programs like 4H and FFA and proud to be an active member of the Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce and the Young Professionals of the Chippewa Valley. When I’m not assisting customers, you’ll find me outdoors—hiking scenic trails or kayaking with my two playful boxer dogs by my side, soaking up all the fresh air our beautiful area has to offer.

Back to School with Sedy Glaudell – Supporting Our Local Kids!

August marks the start of a new school year, and we’re excited to give back to the community that means so much to us. This month, for every call we receive requesting an insurance quote, we will donate to the Power of Perception Back to School Bash. This fantastic event helps local kids get the school supplies they need to feel confident and proud as they walk back through the classroom doors.

Starting a new school year can be both exciting and a little overwhelming but having the right supplies can make all the difference in helping our children shine. Our fabulous intern Kayla is heading back to school at the end of the month, but before she does, she’s spending time each week visiting local businesses. This hands-on experience allows her to learn firsthand about the unique needs of small businesses in our area and build valuable connections through networking. We’re proud to support her growth as she gains insights that help us better serve our community’s diverse insurance needs.
